We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PhosWave. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product (Bluetooth Earphones, Keyboards, or Digital Watches), you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and gift cards are only eligible for exchange, not refund, unless required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
