Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Method & Areas
We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please Note: We do not offer free shipping. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (Within the United States): 5-10 business days.
- International: 10-25 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and are beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. PhosWave is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided. Please double-check your address details during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact the carrier immediately.
