At PhosWave, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every Bluetooth earphone, keyboard, and digital watch you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same original condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned for hygiene, safety, or digital nature reasons:

  • Opened earphone tips or in-ear headphones for hygiene reasons.
  • Software, digital downloads, or activated digital watches where the license has been used.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or not in accordance with product instructions.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) with all original components. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

You will receive the full price of the returned item(s). Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  • For refunds to digital payment methods, processing times may depend on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product (Bluetooth earphones, keyboards, digital watches, etc.), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including prepaid return shipping labels if necessary.
